Pembesaran Volum Atrium Kiri Sebagai Prediktor Fibrilasi Atrium Pasca Bedah Pintas Koroner: Pentingnya Koreksi Terhadap Luas Permukaan Tubuh
Abstract
Pada populasi umum atrium kiri yang membesar sering ditemui dan merupakan tanda dari suatu penyakit kardiovaskular. Banyak penelitian yang sudah membuktikan adanya korelasi yang kuat antara atrium kiri yang membesar (diameter atau volum) dengan terjadinya fibrilasi atrium (FA). Meningkatnya volum atrium kiri (VAKI) merupakan marka peningkatan tekanan pengisian ventrikel kiri yang kronis dan merupakan prediktor FA setelah suatu bedah pintas arteri koroner (BPAK). Diameter atrium kiri diukur dengan M-mode pada pandangan parasternal short axis pada posisi basal jantung sesuai dengan rekomendasi ASE. Pengukuran atrium kiri seharusnya dikoreksi terhadap luar permukaan tubuh.Downloads
