Bradikardia Simtomatik: Mekanisme dan Tatalaksana
Abstract
Seorang pria, 65 tahun datang ke klinik aritmia dengan keluhan keleyengan dan lemas yang menahun. Pasien adalah penderita hipertensi lama dengan terapi amlodipine 5 mg. Terdapat riwayat TIA 3 tahun yang lalu. Tidak ada riwayat diabetes melitus. Rekaman EKG terlihat seperti gambar di bawah. Pemeriksaan ekokardiografi menunjukkan fungsi sistolik normal, relaksasi abnormal tetapi tidak terdapat hipertrofi ventrikel kiri.
