Bradikardia Simtomatik: Mekanisme dan Tatalaksana
Abstract
Seorang pria, 65 tahun datang ke klinik aritmia dengan keluhan keleyengan dan lemas yang menahun. Pasien adalah penderita hipertensi lama dengan terapi amlodipine 5 mg. Terdapat riwayat TIA 3 tahun yang lalu. Tidak ada riwayat diabetes melitus. Rekaman EKG terlihat seperti gambar di bawah. Pemeriksaan ekokardiografi menunjukkan fungsi sistolik normal, relaksasi abnormal tetapi tidak terdapat hipertrofi ventrikel kiri.
Apakah diagnosis EKG di bawah ini? Apakah gejala pasien berhubungan dengan gambaran EKG-nya? Bagaimana tatalaksana pasien ini?
