Takikardia Iregular: apa mekanismenya?
Abstract
Seorang perempuan, 36 tahun mengeluh palpitasi berulang. Tidak ada riwayat sinkop. Pemeriksaan fisik dan penunjang lain tidak menunjukkan ke-lainan. Rekaman EKG terlihat seperti di bawah
ini:
Terlihat suatu takikardia irregular dengan durasi QRS terlebar hingga 120 mdet di sadapan III. Kemu-dian, perhatikan sadapan II panjang terlihat beberapa gelombang P yang jelas yang diikuti oleh kompleks QRS yang sempit. Apakah gambaran itu suatu Atrial fibrilasi (AF) atau ventrikel takikardi (VT)?
